Yes same ip adress, if you can proof that account is your brother, we can think about unban earlyear than after two months.

Its your own fault for allowing your shitty brother to use hacks and ruin this games community in the first place.

What do you expect from us, to get unbanned on your ip so your bro is allowed to come back with another account and hack and fuck this game even further? Use your brain yourself kind sir. What I reccomend you do is go to your brother's room and give him some good slappity slaps for making you get ban :). Wait few months patiently and them come back to this topic for unban.
